INDEX AND SUMMARY

Takashi is crazy on black tea, especially Darjeering tea and Uva tea for these 20 years. In 1995 we had fortunately been to several tea gardens in Darjeering, India with our friends who stock tea for their firms.
Izumi is brushing up how to make better Japanese green tea.
Fortunately We have been to tea gardens in Sri Lanka in November, 1997.

In Japan some tea-lovers are interested in tasting pots. But they seems that they don't know how to use tasting pots. Someone use it as a pot for one cup.

We enjoy outdoor activities, for example hiking, camping, cross-country skiing and outdoor tea break. In Japan cross-country skiing is less popular than alpine skiing and snowboarding, so courses and maps for cross-country skiing are not well prepared. Lots of our friends enjoy telemark skiing.
In spring we can enjoy gathering sprouts of wild grass and plants.

5.JAPANESE LIFE ON SEASON

In Japan all most all girls and women send a gift to their boyfriedns, hasbands or co-workers on St. Valentine's Day. Most ppopular present is chocolate. Some woman send a necktie. So we suggested to matched handmade tiebar.
